In several countries there is a demand for high-gloss hard wax oil on floor boards.

This surface needs a special polishing for high-gloss after application and distribution.

You can compare it to the procedure of polishing jewellery, such as gold, silver or jewels.

On our standard distributor conveyor, we incorporate the hard wax oil into the wood.
Surface is touch dry in one passage.

By means of our new polishing unit, we polish the incorporated high-gloss hard wax oil additionally, even more intensively.
This is done by cylindrical structure textile axles, which are adjusted in hardness and in pressure, as well as in speed.

Polishing axles are mounted on the free end piece of the distributor conveyor VE just like a third or forth distributor head.

This is a compact set-down machine, coupled with the switch box of the VE.

		There are 2 or 3 axles working in opposite direction. If the special steel hoods are taken off for cleaning, machine cannot run. This is also valid for the distributor heads.
