Beside the basic machines produced by Axel Wirth for the application of glue and oil there are many other types of machines that are constructed and produced by companies I am friendly with. Among those, for example concerning the production of parquet and floorboards, there are presses for laminated timbers which you can see on my page "Specials".

Today I would like to show something smart to the floorboard producers:

Double-end tenoner
or
tenoner
for timbers of different lengths in series.

After sawing out the defects in timber, the timbers have different lengths.

Course:
The worker puts the timbers in a magazine.
The timbers having different lengths are frontally provided with tongue and groove. The timbers come back finished via reverse running to the worker.

600 mm – 3.000 mm
Width: min. 100 mm, max. 200 mm
Material thickness:
min. 15 mm, max. 21 mm
