Application by rollers of fluids such as glue (also cold PU-adhesive suitable for machines)
Oil, UV-oil, wax, scumble, colour, stain,
lye, . . . onto flat work pieces from materials
such as wood, cork, cardboard, high-resistance foam, metal, granite . . .

Smallest application quantities of e.g. UV-oil 5 g/mē in small
or big series.

Fluid dosage can be precisely adjusted by infinitely variable dosage roller.

The minimum quantity applied depends on the quality of the roller surface. Rough, middle,
fine grooved, rough and fine porous, smooth.
Different hardness and chemical constancies.

Roller can easily be removed for cleaning within half a minute.

All pieces – except for the drive unit – are made of high-quality, rust-resistant materials such as aluminium, V2A / special steel.

Combination

Dosage roller system DWO in combination with distributor conveyor FBVE with 2 distributor heads,
UV-lamp 260 Watt/cm

Application of large quantities in small and big series such as glue in traces
or plane application of paste on open-worked pieces.

Possibilities for the regulation of the liquid quantity on the supporting plate:

  • characteristic feature of the roller surface such as small/big grooves or pores
  • contact pressure or gap between dosing roller and application roller
  • relation between speed of dosing roller and application roller
  • right- or left-handed rotation of the dosing roller
